Spartan Trifecta: A challenge developed by Spartan that involves completing a Sprint, Super, and Beast in one calendar year.
My journey to completing my first Trifecta led began with the Super in San Jose, California. This spartan super was about 8+ miles with 25 obstacles. The weather was nice and sunny with a nice breeze. The course had some great views of the surrounding area. I don’t remember the number of burpee’s I had to do (i know it was a lot). I hope Spartan hosts another race at Diablo Grande as i would like to run it again to redeem myself on some of the obstacles i had failed.
