To get help get back into gear with training, I took part in a Spartan Sprint just outside of Portland Oregon at the Washougal MX park in Washougal Washington. This was a fast course and very spectator friendly. The barb wire crawl was unique as the wire was strung over the mogul section of the MX track. It was fun and i definitely see myself running this course again.
